Set up by Husband and Wife team Chris and Liv Rowlands.
Rowlands AeroComm has been providing ROCC training since 2020, strives to always deliver a high quality service for the purposes of the future of Radio Telephony within General Aviation.
We are based in the West Midlands and Staffordshire but, can also offer bespoke courses in a location of your choice..
We both have a passion for all aspects' of aviation. Commencing our ROCC journey in 2016, operating on behalf of our local flying club. Liv's experience within Commercial Airline Operations and Chris's instructional background, was instrumental in creating Rowlands Aerocomm.
Chris is a CAA Authorised ROCC Examiner. He has a Military Background and was also a RAFVR(T) B1 Flying Instructor on Motor Gliders. He holds a Class Rating Instructor and IR(R) Having operated as a AGCS since 2016, he has progressed and is working towards AFISO qualification. Chris has a great desire to maintain exceptional standards within all areas of Aviation.
Liv works in a multi discipline role for a Cargo Airline. Operating as Operations Supervisor, and previously as Senior Cabin Crew and Loadmaster. Liv gained her PPL in 2012 and has flown a variety of types. Qualified as a AGCS operator since 2016; responsible for the radio rota and all administration for our local flying club's AGCS. Liv enjoys all elements of the GA community. Having served as a G1 Gliding Instructor with the RAF Air Cadets for 12 years, She has a passion for sharing her skills and knowledge with others and the future generation of aviators.
