Our ROCC Courses
Our ROCC Courses are conducted over two days and tailored to suit you. We are able to offer both individual courses and group courses at either of our locations in Staffordshire or your own location.
Day 1
Interactive and anecdotal power point presentation covering the following:
- Operational Procedures
- Radio Techniques
- R/T Terminology
- Communication Techniques and Phraseology
- Departure and arrival calls
- Circuit Calls
- Transiting Aircraft
- Emergency Phraseology
- General Phraseology
Day 2
Written Exam:
24 or 26 Questions, Pass Mark 75%
Written answers required, no multiple choice.
Practical Exam :
This takes the form of simulated exchanges of communication between the candidate (acting as the AGCS) and the examiner (acting as various stations) covering various scenarios, all of which an AGCS Operator is likely to encounter on a day to day basis.

Terms and Conditions
Rescheduling
If you cannot attend on your scheduled date then you are entitled to change the dates of your course up to a Maximum of two changes. Subject to availability.
Deposit
A £25 non refundable deposit will be payable to secure your place on a course. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis on receipt of deposit.
Payment
Full Payment is to be made prior to commencment of the start of your course.
